As we all know, teamwork plays an important part in our success. However, what is teamwork? Without doubt, what is called teamwork means each person on the team should work within a group of people, which is number of people greater than one. Certainly, even if there are only two people in the group, they can be called a team. Therefore, it is an essential requirement of any employment that any potential employee is a team player.

As the saying goes: Many hands make light work; If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself; Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships; A great person attracts great people and knows how to hold them together; etc. All the sayings above we have heard or not about team all emphasize the significance of cooperation to an extent. Therefore, it is necessary for us to learn to how to cooperate with others, which will turn out to be easier for us to succeed in our aims.

As current college students, playing an important role on the team no matter what where that is from. To my point of view, even the pupils know the effect of cooperation, which is the reason why we college students should take action right away! What's more, it is well known that any great project can make it without teams.

So during my time in university, I will take an active part in the teams to work hard in order to achieve more successes. For instance, give some suggestions or try my best to support the teamwork.

Instead of merely study hard regardless of the things around us, something that I think is the most important is every member of the team has a very specific role--as a captain, goalkeeper, striker, midfielder or defender. Apart from that, each member should care for each other. When one of the member is missing, the team is handicapped and so on. Only in this way, can the team achieve a great success.
