1.cloud (云) cloudy (多云的)

wind (风) windy (有风的)

sun (太阳) sunny (晴朗的)

rain (雨/下雨) rainy (下雨的)

snow (雪/下雪) snowy (下雪的)

fun(有趣） funny(有趣的）

friend(朋友) friendly(友好的)

2.询问天气: How’s the weather ?= What’s the weather like? It’s + 气候. (it指自然现象)

3.How’s it going ? (情况怎样了？一切可好？)

4.pretty (adv.相当) = quite /very (十分) eg: Pretty good.

pretty (adj.漂亮) = beautiful eg: a pretty girl

5. hot (热)（adj.) cold (冷) heat (n.)

6. cool (凉爽) warm (暖和)

7. humid (潮湿)(=wet) dry (干燥)

8.lie (躺) 现在分词： lying

9.Thanks for sth./ doing sth. (因…而感谢)

10.on vacation(=holiday) (度假) eg: There are many people here on vacation.

11.on the beach (在沙滩上)

12.take photos/pictures (照相) or: take a photo

13.a group of…(一群…) <后接复数名词>

eg: a group of children this group of people这一群人

14.a beautiful, sunny day (美丽而晴朗的日子)

15.be surprised (吃惊的) be relaxed (放松的）

注意： Sb.(某人)+ be surprised / relaxed / excited. (adj.) Sth(某物)+ be surprising / relaxing / exciting. eg: Music is relaxing. I am relaxed.

16.have a good /great /nice time = have fun (玩得高兴)

17.everyone (每人) someone (某人) everything (一切)

something (某物) nobody (没有人) <作主语时，当作第三人称单数> eg: Everyone is having a good time now.

18.want sb.to do sth. (想要某人做某事) want to do sth. 要干某事 eg: He wants us to study hard. I want to go. 我想走。

19. in this heat (n.) hot (adj.) eg: It's hot.

20 work for sb / sth 为某人工作 work as an actor 当演员 eg: Yuan Yuan works for CCTV’s Around The World show 21 some…others… 一些……另外一些…… one…the other….（两者之间）一个……另一个…… eg: There are many students in the classroom. (How is the weather there?) ② What’s the weather like in Beijing? ( What’s the weather like there?) 2 回答上面问题的句式： It’s + adj.
