Genitals, Penis And Vagina
对性器genitals可用以下的俚语形容：
family jewels （传家之宝）
private parts （阴部）
privates （阴部）
secrets （阴部）
secret parts （阴部）
equipment （装备）
gadget （道具）
“传家之宝”的形容妙不可言，在我们也有用“宝贝”来形容。
Hard sex，当然能想象到是指“男人硬挺的东西”，同样的，也可以知道hot sex指的是什么。 privates字典上是指“高级住宅区的私邸”之意，但通常是指“性器”。在The Ballad of the Sad Cafe一书中，有如下的一句：
He's so fat he hasn't seen his privates for twenty years.
（他因为太胖，二十年来没有看到自己的那个东西。）
在足球等运动中说kick in privates，就是“踢到要害”。
在American Thesaurus of Slang中是以male pudendum与female pudendum指“男人性器”、“女人性器”，而所谓“pudendum”是意味着“可耻的地方”，也就是指“外阴部”。此字的复数是pudenda，所以对性器的总称应该使用pudenda。
在此顺便一提的是男人的东西叫penis，女人叫venus；其发音是：
penis [pi:nis] （阳物）
venus [vi:n（s] （阴户）
如果对P与V听不清楚，就不知道指的是哪一边了。也许有人说字尾的nis与n（s）不同，但这是以发音音标学习英语发音的人说的话。如果前面有重音，后面的发音会很轻，所以就不容易分辨nis与n（s）了。
penis
形容男性的那个东西有很多种的说法。以下列举笔者从各种小说收集，或直接从英美人口中听来的字。
bat and balls （球棒与球）
nuts （睾丸）
cock （阴茎、公鸡）
Dick或Dickey （最常见的男人名字）
dingbat （容易投掷的石、棒等）
John或Johnnie （最常见的男人名字）
joy stick （欢喜的手杖）
pecker （啄击的东西）
pencil （铅笔）
pencil and tassel （铅笔与饰穗）
ramrod （装药棒，以前用此在火枪填装火药）
rod （手枪、棒）
prick （扎刺的东西）
