三．Urgency signal紧急通讯

The Urgency signal indicates that the station calling has a very urgent message to transmit concerning the safety of a person ，but does not require immediate assistance and shall only be sent on the authority of the person in charge of the station.

The Urgency signal is “PAN PAN’’ spoken three times .It should be used at the beginning of the first communication.

The Urgency signal and the urgency may be addressed to all stations or to a specific station.

紧急信号

紧急信号表明驻地呼叫台有一个非常紧急的发射电报，他关系到人或驻地的安全，但不需要立即救援，并且应该仅由负责驻地的主管人员发送。

紧急信号是“PAN PAN”报告三次。应该在第一次通讯的开始是使用。

紧急信号和紧急电报应该传送给所有驻地或一个特殊的驻地。

2.priority

The Urgency signal has priority over all othor communications except distress. Stations that hear the urgency signal shall continue to listen for at least three minutes on the frequency which the signal was heard .after that，if no urgency message has been heard, stations may resume normal service.stations that are in communication on frequencies other than those used for the transmission of the urgency message，may continue normal work without interruption，provided that the urgency message is not addressed to all stations.

优先权

紧急信号有超过其他所有通讯的优先权，紧急信号除外。驻地听到紧急信号应该保持倾听信号的频率，至少三分钟。然后，如果没有听到紧急电报，驻地应该重新开始正常的服务。所有驻地听紧急信号必须小心，以免妨碍紧急信号的倾听。驻地使用频率通信除了传递紧急电报，应保持正常工作而不被干扰，保证紧急电报不发送给所有驻地。

3.frequencies to be used

1.The first transmission of the urgency signal and message by a station should

be made on the frequency in use at the time.if the station is unable to establish communication on the frequency in use，the urgency signal and message should be repeated on any other frequency on available in an effort to establish communication with any other station.

使用频率

通过驻地发射的第一个紧急信号和电报应优于那是使用频率。如果驻地不能确定，可用频率通讯，紧急信号和电报应该被重新发送，通过其它可用频率并尽力保证和其他通讯的稳定。

4.urgency message

The urgency signal shall be followed by a message giving further information of the iincident that necessitated the use of the urgency signal.
