The desire for good health is universal(普遍的). Wherever you are and whatever you do, staying healthy(保持健康) is always important. With the improvement of living standards,(生活标准)people are attaching more and more importance to their health.(越来越重视) We students can’t keep the high study efficiency without good health. (学习效率)
There are many ways to keep fit. First of all, (首先)those who are always on the go（繁忙）from morning till night should find time to relax, because too much stress will affect their health. What’s more,(此外) enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become refreshed (恢复精神). Last but not least,(最后但并不是最不重要的一点) regular physical exercise(定期体育锻炼)benefits one’s health a lot. So a certain amount of exercise (一定量的锻炼)is not a waste of time.
As for me, I like playing tennis in the morning. I also take care to(留心,注意)have enough sleep and relaxation (放松). I believe this will ensure my good health for the rest of my life.

With the popularization(普及) of computers, people can easily gain access to (接近/进入)the Internet, which is gradually changing the modern lifestyle.(生活方式) Shopping online is a typical example. What does shopping online bring us?
On one hand, it benefits us tremendously. (极大地)Just click our mouse to choose the article(物品) we like, and the shopping is finished. We needn’t step out of the room. It seems easy, quick and in a word, convenient.
On the other hand, it’s not rare to meet with traps online. If we are careless, it will bring us some trouble. We may find the article we get is different from what we want. What’s worse, sometimes it’s dangerous to shop online. A great number of bank accounts (银行账户)are said to have been stolen when people shop on some unsafe websites.
For all(尽管) its disadvantages, shopping online plays an important role in modern society. Shop carefully, and you will enjoy the experience greatly.
