专题一：提纲作文

【命题规律】

提纲作文是高考的传统题型，也是主流题型。其命题形式为：用文字（中文或英文）给出写作信息和要求。在体裁上，一般以说明文、记叙文或议论文为主，要求考生根据提纲说明某种情况或辩论某种观点，有时也会以书信、通知、报道、日记等应用文的形式进行考查，具有较强的综合性。提纲作文有两大特点：

一、要点简明固定

试题中有较多的文字说明，明确界定了要写作的内容和范围，在写作时，所列举的要点一个也不能漏掉，否则会因要点不全而被扣分。

二、有发挥的空间

为了提升文章档次，考生在保证提纲要点完整的同时，很有必要进行合理而又紧扣主题的发挥，从而体现考生的英语思维能力，获得高分。

【备考策略】

循“纲”蹈“句”，高分在握。

一、认真审题，分析提纲，确定主题，判断文体

英语高考作文题材不同，写法就必然不同。要认真审题，分析所给提纲，确定文章的主题和文体，然后再围绕主题进行写作，这样才能满足高考“切中题意”的要求。同时要确定体裁、人称、主要时态。

二、灵活运用语言知识，完整表述观点

提纲作文不是简单的直译，把汉语提示直接转换成英文，而是要求考生用自己最有把握的词汇、语法和句型，围绕主题，将意思完整清晰的表达出来。

三、合理组织，层次分明，前后连贯

考生要按照作文字数要求确定写哪些句子，同时斟酌单词、短语和句型，注意句与句之间、段与段之间如何紧密衔接，做到层次分明，前后连贯。

四、通读全文，查漏补缺，工整誊写

检查是否有词汇拼写错误，是否有人称、时态错误，句型及相关语法是否规范，确定无误后工整地誊写在答题卡上。

必备模版：

1.问题解决型

In recent years, we are faced with a problem that社会问题或现象，which is becoming more and more serious.

People have figured out many ways to deal with this problem. In the first place,解决办法一_.In the second place , 解决办法二. Finally，解决办法三.

Personally, I believe that我的解决办法.On one hand, 理由一. On the other hand，理由二.

All in all, the solutions may not bring the perfect result, but as long as we do it with our brains and hands, we can cope with the problem one day.

2.积极有利型

Nowadays，主题is playing a more and more significant role in our life. For example，举例说明主题的现状.Generally speaking，its advantages can be listed as follows. Firstly,好处一.Secondly，好处二.From what we have listed above, my attitude toward this matter is positive，and the reasons are simple. It not only brings us好处一，but also gives us好处二we have not expected.

Therefore, I can see its bright future.

3.观点辩论型

Recently，we have had a heated discussion about whether we should 导入话题. Our opinions are divided on this topic .

Some people are strongly in favor of it. Their reasons are as follows: First,理由一. Second，理由二，Finally，理由三.(如果只有两条理由，推荐用on one hand,理由一......on the other hand,理由二). Other people, however, have quite different opinions. In their view, they think that 理由。

For my part, I prefer the former idea（latter idea). For one thing, 理由一. For another, 理由二. Therefore, I am favor of the former（latter）idea.

【典型例题】

假设你叫李华，是学校校报通讯员。上周你们班开了一次班会，讨论“老人摔倒要不要扶”这一话题，你们班的同学进行了激烈的辩论。请你结合辩论的情况，用英语为校报写一篇报道，并发表自己的看法。要点包括：

1.讨论结果：

①部分同学认为应该扶，因为助人为乐是中华民族的传统美德。②部分同学认为不应该扶，因为已经有不少人为此收到诬陷。

2.你的观点。

注意：1.词数100左右，开头已经给出，不计入总词数；

2.可适当发挥，以使行文连贯。

【学生习作】：

Recently，we have had a discussion about“whether we should help the old people up when they fall over”.

Some of my classmates think we have responsibility to help them，because we Chinese have fine traditions to help people in trouble. Others have quite different opinion. They think we should keep ourselves at a distance and help to call 120，because in recent years many lawsuits have happened due to helping old people. The helpers had to pay the injurer a lot of money.

In my opinion，we should send the old people who have fallen down to the nearest hospital.
