The Ideal Company I Want to Work For The fact that it’s so hard for Chinese university graduate to seek a job which is comfortable for them is well-known, yet it’s necessary for them to be hired. And now I want to talk something about the ideal company I want to work for. A fair opportunity to improve myself, appropriate surroundings to work and reasonable salary standard to provide my life, those three standards should be my requirements about the ideal company.

Without a doubt, a fair opportunity to improve their staff’s ability should be the most important factor for an ideal company. In modern Chinese society, there is a trend that more staffs’ job choices are towards flowing instead steady, so giving a chance to improve themselves should be a good choice to promote rather than be a job-hopping. So it becomes more and more important that a company have ability to give a fair opportunity to improve myself should be the most important factor for me to choose the ideal company.

According to an investigation suggests that about 90% informants maintained appropriate surroundings promotes creativity, and the best way to create value in the 21st century should be to connect the creativity with technology. Appropriate surroundings including working atmosphere that less competitive, more relaxed and casual atmosphere is welcomed to most staffs and nature surrounding that a pleasant climate, clean office and less pollution may lead to less disease at least reflects staffs pursuit security of subsistence. Naturally there is no doubt that if I could be given an appropriate surrounding is another important factor.

It’s believed that working also is the main approach to make living, so every job-seeker has priority to pursuit reasonable salary standard instead of making ends meet. There seems hardly any doubt that whether a company pays reasonable wages becomes an essential factor to define an ideal company. Understandably if you have achieved your acquiring about salary, you had taken considerable effort in return. It’s more likely that I will accept the offer that this company could provide all my requirements I have pointed above. However everything is not perfect, there are few companies which can meet the above requirements. We have no choice but to choose some company which seems to be suitable to us. With the increasing of knowledge, gaining of experience and luck and opportunities, will we become one member of our ideal company to realize our own value.
