旅游企业信息化建设中问题的研究与分析

本文针对旅游企业信息化建设中的问题进行研究与分析。旅游业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,但其信息化水平还非常落后,这严重阻碍了旅游业及旅游企业的发展,因此必须进行信息化。

ABSTRACT

This paper researches and analyses the construction of tourism

enterprises informationization. Tourism is a pillar industry of national economy, but the level of their information technology is still very

backward, this is seriously hampering the tourism industry and the

development of tourism enterprises, so it is necessary to carry out

informationization. The main problems of the development of tourism enterprises information are a single mode of information, lack of talent and capital, information islands and other related issues. Through

analyzing these issues, it proposes the strategy of information technology, including website building, e-commerce, online marketing, personnel training and so on. These strategies make tourism enterprises have more opportunities, lower costs and more profits. The information construction of sky-tour company of Hangzhou as an example, it analyses the

company's problems, and propose countermeasures to develop

information technology. This article concludes that there are many

problems during the construction of tourism enterprises

informationization, it can build the web site, e-commerce, online

marketing and personnel training and other strategies to achieve

informationization of tourism enterprises.
