FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION [FAI] CHECK LIST Model / Part No.____________________________ Serial No.________________, ________________ Work Order No. _________________ Date _______________ Check Item 檢查項目 1.0 Assembly / Cosmetic / Packing Inspection 組裝 / 外觀 / 包裝檢驗 1.1 1.2 Ensure all accessories are correct, per BOM 依照BOM表核對所有附件是正確的 Ensure that all artwork / texts on gift box are matched with product contents and the accessory contents on user manual, quick start guide and gift box artwork are matched with the accessory in the gift box. 核對產品文件與說明文件之產品內容物與實際出貨之包裝內容物相符. 並確認User manual, Quick start guide 和彩盒上所列之配件需與彩盒中之配件相符. a. Verify that all Agency/ Compliance labels (e.g. FCC ID,CE Mark ) are correct. If the content or code need to generate by calculation, please make sure the result is correct. (Suggest to calculate 3devices) 核對產品與包裝上之標籤與文字內容沒有錯誤. 若標籤上有特定內容or編碼需經過計算而產生, 需確認其演算結果無誤. (建議演算3台) b. Check SAR values are the same among label plan, gift box and user guide. 確認 Label plan, 彩盒 及 說明書 上的 SAR 值一致 1.4 1.5 1.6 1.7 1.8 Examine internal packaging layout / pack materials fit well inside shipping box. 檢驗包裝內部之內含物位置是否正確,包裝材料與包裝方式是否正確 Verify S/N Label is clearly printed. (including cartons) 核對外包裝與內包裝箱之序號條碼印刷是否清楚 Verify Barcode Labels can be scanned ( use barcode reader for accuracy check ). 檢查Bar Code Label上之條碼是否可刷進 Verify contents of service kit. 核對Service Kit之內容物是否正確 Check SKU packages double taping requisition (Ref doc: QEN EN-00014593) with PAM for the SKU with new customer; double taping conditions with "Checking by project"; the concerns of team members about the double taping conditions of QEN EN-00014593. 請依據QEN (EN-00014593) 確認label 覆貼之狀況. 如果內容提及"checking by project" 或為新客戶或 team member 對 於QEN 內容提出疑慮, 請與 PAM 再度確認覆貼之狀況. 確認機台與彩盒無沾汙問題(請參考QR包裝測試 or 追溯PQV測試狀況) Make sure there is no stain issue on the unit caused by gift box interference.
