（1）可数的“量”

4.2表示“有”、“包括”的概念

(2)“由……组成”的意思，用consist of表示

(3)含有：comprise

(4)由……组成：be composed of

大会由各会员国政府的代表组成。Conference shall be composed of representatives of the Member Governments.

(5)“由……组成”，侧重于强调“人为的组成”，译为be made up of。
