Good morning,ladies and gentleman.Welcome to Fuzhou,a beautiful south city of China. I’m @@@@@ ,from college of @@@@university . Its a very pleasure to participate in the 5TH International electrical engineering Conference as the chairman. My co-chairman is Professor Bill form xiamen university It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to Fuzhou to discuss various aspects of electrical engineering and to share our experiences and knowledge in regard to the theory, frontier developments and reaserches, I hope that this Conference will provide opportunity for academic exchange and contribute to the development of electical engineering。 Now I declare the the 5TH International electical engineering Conference is open!
