临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用

【摘要】目的： 探讨临床护理路径在颅脑出血护理中的应用效果。方法： 选取本院自2010年1月到2013年1月收治的90例脑出血患者，将患者随机均分为护理组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理，护理组在常规护理的基础上实施临床护理，对比并发症、住院时间等各项临床指标。结果： 在本次护理中护理组患者满意度达到100%、并发症发生率为9.23%、住院时间为10.05±2.14d、住院费用为4109±82元，对照组护理满意度为84%、并发症发生率为12.1%、住院时间为14.45±3.4d、住院费用5946±91元，护理效果明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论： 临床护理路径可以明显改善脑出血护理效果，提升各项护理指标，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the effect of nursing of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：90 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in this hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were selected, randomly divided into nursing group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, nursing group received clinical nursing on the basis of routine care, compared the complications, length of stay and other clinical indicators. Results：During the nurses, nursing satisfaction of patients reached 100%, the incidence of complications was 9.23%, length of hospital stay was 10.5±2.1d, 4109±82 yuan for hospitalization,the control group of nursing satisfaction was 84%, the incidence of complications was 12.1%, length of hospital stay was 14.45 ± 3.4d, 5946 ± 91 yuan hospitalization expenses, nursing effect is obviously better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion：Clinical nursing path can obviously improve the nursing effect of cerebral hemorrhage, improve the nursing index, it is worthy of popularization and application.
